THE SPECIFICALLY PARTICULAR GUIDE
TO A WILD AND WONDEROUS LIFE

Lessons on cultivating a life of authenticity and presence. Even when it sucks.
ABOUT
The Specifically Particular Guide to a Wild and Wondrous Life was born from a seemingly unbearable season of loss and grief. The dissolution of so many elements that had formed my identity revealed the most meaningful and authentic pieces of my life. Because I could no longer escape it, I learned to sit with my pain. Oddly, it was my pain that taught me to live more presently. After years spent struggling for answers, I came to a place where I was finally able to seek the tools by which to begin healing. Most importantly, I began to recognize and trust my own voice.
The most tangible gift of that season was the ability to clearly see what mattered most in my life. I felt a deep sense of awe at the innumerable gifts that, despite all odds, continued to sustain me. After a lifetime of cynicism and wariness, the world seemed newly beautiful, the possibility of wonder unfurling around every corner. Over time, I found that these two seemingly magical elements- wonder and awe- were something that could be cultivated, namely through community and play, vulnerability and growth, learning and creating… and even rest.
This space is a place to learn, grow, and collectively cultivate wonder and awe. I am so grateful to have you here today!
